The Advantage for You

Having prosecuted cases from the other side of the courtroom, Rudy knows exactly how prosecutors think, how they build their cases, and where they look for weaknesses. This insider knowledge allows him to anticipate prosecution strategies, identify vulnerabilities in the state's case, and build defenses that exploit those weaknesses. When you hire Taylor Defense, you're getting a team - an attorney who has been in the prosecutor's seat - and knows how to assess a case from both sides - and a private investigator whose attention to detail is unmatched in the legal world.

Military & Government Service

Serving Beyond the Courtroom

The primary Taylor Defense legal team consists of Rudy Taylor and Halena Rose. Before his legal career as an attorney, Rudy worked as a Department of Defense contractor, including overseas assignments as an expatriate. His work placed him in the field with personnel from multiple branches of the United States military, the Japanese Defense Agency, and included work associated with special operations and sensitive projects. Before her legal career as a private investigator, Halena retired from the US Army where she spent a large part of her career as a combat medic which led to her attaining the level of paramedic instructor. After her military service, she attained the high rank of 6th DAN Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do under Grand Master Park of South Korea.

This background instilled in them the discipline, preparation, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to operate under pressure that are essential qualities for effective criminal defense advocacy. The precision demanded in sensitive operations translates directly to the meticulous preparation and excellence Rudy and Halena bring to every client's case.
